  1. The VA’s Cerner system has been running for 2 years at the DoD ioc sites. Its operating capabilities have been assessed twice and received a FAIL both times. Starting to think this is a chess piece in the move to privatize VA … make it so broken that the only option is to pull the plug on the whole thing.
