CMS can extend all the deadlines for MU2 and all the overlapping overly complex programs (PQRS, VBM, etc) they want, but they have completely overwhelmed EPs and EHs. They could extend to 2070 and no one is going to participate in these programs.Its time for CMS and for gods sake ONC to stop being deceptive and own up to failed programs. Penalizing hardworking EPs and EHs for over reaching government programs will only backfire.
