  1. N.B. – the Forbes piece is categorized by Forbes as Opinion. The writer is from the Heritage Foundation. Good to read this kind of thing though, to understand how some plan to dismantle ACA, switch Medicaid to block grants, etc. Not a word in the piece about the broader problem of what to do about the fact that a huge number in the U.S. qualify for Medicaid, and how to ensure health care availability for them in some form – government-provided care, subsidized ‘insurance’, block grants, or try to collapse in front of an E.R. and hope they find you and treat you, etc.
