Good to read this kind of thing though, to understand how some plan to dismantle ACA, switch Medicaid to block grants, etc. Not a word in the piece about the broader problem of what to do about the fact that a huge number in the U.S. qualify for Medicaid, and how to ensure health care availability for them in some form – government-provided care, subsidized ‘insurance’, block grants, or try to collapse in front of an E.R. and hope they find you and treat you, etc.
