Eclipsys To Acquire Premise for $38.5 Million
Eclipsys announced this morning that it will acquire patient flow systems vendor Premise of Farmington, CT for $38.5 million in cash. Closing is expected within 15 days.
A great Move indead. This could surely add on lots of value to Eclipsys solution umbrella.
That’s a lot of acquisitions this year. I wonder about plans to integrate everything since that seems to be Eclipsys’ strength.
