Lol! If a hospital executive needs to hire a consultant, instead of walking out of their executive suite and spending some time walking the hallways and chatting with their staff in break rooms, to figure out reasons and solutions for provider burnout, maybe they should find another job.
I’m surprised that they didn’t mention the impact of racism on the workforce–as described in this recent article of racism’s among healthcare workers in Twin Cities’ hospitals. I suspect that this isn’t just a local problem..
