Gosh, that’s a weird and totally unexpected consumer response, who would have seen that coming.
That’s probably true but it could just be a matter of market saturation. How many people are left who want to use the service but haven’t? Its been around for a while and I can’t imagine the type of consumer willing to drop a hundred bucks on genetic testing is the same type to wait for years to decide. It’s not like this is a product a consumer will repeatedly buy either. Frankly, isn’t it obvious that this kind of product would have limited market viability? I’m surprised the CEO is surprised.
