I liked the expose on data breaches. Putting it all together, the taxpayers are paying for the radical transformation of helath care that has no proven outcomes benefit, no proven costs benefits, increases the propensity to fraud via upcoding, and enables rampant violations of privacy.
I ask again, what is wrong with this picture? Would someone please address this?
