So far, no EHR vendor has really leveraged AI in their products.
Part of it is due to insularity of the healthcare industry from any real competition but part of it is also due to lack of willingness of EHR vendors and IT departments of healthcare organizations to meaningfully invest in AI capabilities (or partner with AI innovators – something like what Microsoft has done with Open AI).
