  1. Wait, what? They promise to perform a root-cause analysis? That means the root cause hasn’t been determined yet, two and a half weeks later?

    Am I the only one that thinks this is simply unprofessional?

    • Knowing the root cause and providing a root-cause analysis are two different things. They know what caused the problem. The analysis is a formal document and can take some time to complete. This is not unusual for any IT vendor.
