Allscripts will probably do what it does best. Layoff a big portion of the staff and try squeeze blood from a stone. They will try to cross-sell clients. Providers previously burned by Allscripts will like jump ship to ambulatory vendors committed to a single platform. Allscripts has reverted back to its old ways!
