CMS Launches Data Submission System for Clinicians in the Quality Payment Program
CMS develops a new online performance data submission tool for physicians participating in the Quality Payment Program. The 2017 submission period runs through March 31.
CMS is clueless.
That QPP site has literally no helpful information for uploading files for small providers. There is no web interface for any that are less than 25 ECs.
You have to get a EIDM, which is a nightmare, just to see your info.
If CMS thinks that they are being “helpful”, it would should be VERY obvious by now that MDs do not want to format data extracted from an EHR in some crazy format to upload to CMS for them to determine their “quality”?
I mean seriously, does ANYONE really believe that this will prove MD quality? Under the threat of public scorning and penalties, this whole MACRA program is a ridiculous farce, doing damage FAR beyond anyone’s imagination.
An entire generation of MDs are now ANTI- EHR and data from the constant complex regulatory bashing we have received.
Truly a nightmare.
