  1. I agree that the ACA has not reduced the cost of American healthcare. In fact there is some pretty good evidence that the cost of healthcare is increasing at a faster rate of late. But, we should not forget that since the ACA implementation there are approximately 20,000,000 fewer uninsured or under-insured Americans. That was the primary goal of the ACA.
