Perhaps Toledo Watcher. But that isn’t the only interesting angle of this story. Around the same time ProMedica’s very respected CIO was terminated or resigned and another ProMedica affiliate chose not to take on their Epic install either. So perhaps the question is did UTMC know what they didn’t want to get themselves in to?
