Researchers from Kaiser Permanente have published results from a 1,000-patient survey, finding that one-third of patients who sent messages to their providers said it improved their health, led to less office phone calls, and reduced office visits.

We’re the emails encrypted? We all know that patients have an insatiable appetite to communicate with their doctors. I am shocked that they did not report much greater benefit.
What did the doctors have to say about this, and were there imposters answering as if they were the doctor? The patients will not know who answered.
