    This hits a real issue. A lot of ‘access’ problems are really communication workflow problems wearing a different name tag. When after-hours calls and escalations are clunky, patients wait longer, staff waste time, and everybody gets frustrated. Smooth communication isn’t a nice-to-have at that point. It’s part of keeping care moving.
