  1. Why is CVS Health using Teladoc for its telehealth solution? Didn’t CVS announce early in 2017 that it was going to expand its use of Epic (Per press release: Expands Company’s use of Epic EHR system to help improve clinical care management processes as well as patient outcomes and experiences). https://cvshealth.com/newsroom/press-releases/cvs-health-adopt-epic-electronic-health-record-system-cvs-specialty-care.

    Or is this yet another piece of evidence that Epic’s dreams of expanding to non-provider markets are not going beyond fancy press releases? Their massive project with Anthem has run into some nasty turbulence as well.
