After my own exoerience working with the military (and civilians) on numerous large scale projects, i can truly state without a lack of patriotism or respect that the brass who run long scale planning are the most sorry incompetent, petulant losers who ever micturated away the taxpayers money. God help Cerner, with their repulsive 1990s Visual Basic application they deserve every hit on their share price and reputation.
