  1. McKesson merging with Change Healthcare ‘ to create one of the biggest players in Healthcare IT’. Yeah, just great. When was the last time a merger ended up being good for clients, patients, or the market? How about the last dozen times McKesson bought disparate systems, then slapped on a bumper sticker calling them ‘integrated’, only to drive them into failure.
