The Meaningful Use nightmare only got worse. Stage 3 is infinitely worse than the prior stages. Is anyone in ONC or CMS listening to us front line providers? What makes this announcement worse is that they claim is simpler and aligned. And its neither, its worse. They have 8 objectives some with 3 to 6 measures in each objective. Again EPs are penalized for the actions of others including portal use, transitions of care, interop etc. When will this stop and someone listen to us? MU is dead to front line providers and some reason they think even more of the same will fix this problem.
