You would be surprised just how relatively inexpensive Epic’s buildings are when compared to their overall spending. Judy also holds to the belief that Epic is actually making money off these buildings because of the increased staff morale and creativity.
At least Epic doesn’t lobby the WI state government to subsidize its expansions like some other well known healthcare IT companies do.
As someone who has worked at Epic, I can tell you the buildings do little for morale
