Obamacare Architect Says Silicon Valley Tech Won’t Steer Health Care
ACA architect Ezekiel Emanuel, MD, PhD laughs at the idea that Silicon Valley data gurus will ever replace doctors, saying “I am much more skeptical that the computer is going to replace a doctor. That a computer is going to interface with the patient and take care of them.
