  1. with all due (?) respect to Nevada Regional Medical Center, the system did not do anything. As a board member I would be asking for the testing program, simulation and other. I find it amazing how organizations blame the technology. Now it could have been the people on both sides, but technology is a tool it does what you tell it to do. Test 3 times, make changes once.
