Somebody finally said it so clearly. We’re spending so much time and money trying to keep up with these never ending rules and regulations, employing so many consultants, lawyers and IT people. Where is the patient care? Where is the inovation that comes from small companies and individuals who think “outside” the box?. Meaningful use has really “boxed” us in. Nothing else seems to matter.
