  1. HHS Secretary Sebelius has a habit of ignoring the letters written to her by Republicans of the House and the Senate. She has been issued a subpoena to appear before Ways and Means about the funding of the chearleading for Obamacare.

  2. There is not any proof that meaningful use of electronic health records provides any improvement to clinical outcomes and to cost reductions. The Mayo Clinic computers do not communicate adequately with eachother as reported in the NY Times, so how could Probst, Mostashavi, HIMSS, NIST, or anyone else say that interoperability has been solved? Just wonderin. What are they smokin?
