		<description>Another HIE study?  At least this one looks like it might be a bit more grounded in reality and has some potentially unique stuff I would be very curious to see including some of the figures in the &#039;Data Growth Analysis and Projected Patterns&#039; section.</description>

		<description>Rather than blame HIT for adding overhead costs, why not demand a single payer system.  That alone could reduce overhead across the board and free up vast resources for patient care.</description>
