Are the only people dissatisfied with the company's process those they fire? Personally I turned in my resignation so that I could pursue my graduate degree in Healthcare Informatics. A degree I would never have considered before working at the software company. That didn't stop me from seeing inefficiencies (from my perspective) in the way the company was run.
