Death-Spiral with Duncan James at the helm. Since he took over – No new sales, sales pipeline empty, botched software releases, demoralized staff with his “cut to the bone” idea of leadership, and it goes on… But, to be fair, they hired this guy to be a chop-shop artist. HBOC is no doubt immensely relieved to see him gone. Another master-stroke by the Quadramed Board of Directors!

Duncan James was involuntarily terminated by MCK 45 days before he showed up at QDHC . . or maybe he “voluntarily” resigned . . . regardless he didn’t leave because he wanted to . . . . you think the clinical focuses at MCK were great? Horizon clinicals = JOKE . . never worked and never will . . . can’t even interface to their own products . . . Duncan led the business unit . .

Happy days ahead for +QDHC . . . . Doik . . .
