There are many software programs that are both proprietary and open to allow changes but in the case of VMware their proprietary software is the predominate part of their stock offerings so that is why they are not offered for free and are not totally open.</description>

An upgrade would come from anybody that has fundamental understanding of Healthcare IT industry and the fragmentation in our IT envronments and the lack of incentives for vendors to create a catalyst for interoperability . . . 

IE . . A doc isn&#039;t necessarily the best choice here folks . . . 

Having said that there is one clear choice . . . Yes he&#039;s a doc - - DAN NIGRIN . . . . . . JUST DO IT DAN . . .</description>
