		<description>While it is good to see some clarification of McKesson CIO Randy&#039; remarks, I disagree just a tad with his perspective.  I certainly understand that physicians are under tremendous pressures and their job is not easy.  Also agreed that many apps being sold today still do not provide enough value to docs.  That being said, however, I do tire of the whining I hear from physicians.  Adoption of HIT will be required to be successful n the future, no ifs and or buts and the costs have come down dramatically.  You don&#039;t need a Ferrari to get to the grocery store but I get the feeling most physicians are looking at Ferraris.

As for Yasnoff and the HRB, this I believe is a dead-end.  Think commercial interests, ala Microsoft HealthVault and Google Health will quickly eclipse the HRB model.  It may have been a nice idea before these other entities arrived on the scene, but now it appears dated and slightly archaic.</description>
