It's a racket. They have recently sued: Blackstone Group, Nationwide, Tetra Technolgies, First Marblehead, EnerNOC, Marsh and McLennan, CNET, and so on and so forth. I wouldn't read anything into this. The Brian M. Felgoise firm will extract their $500,000 to $1 million from Trizetto (ie, from Trizetto shareholders) and the deal will be done.
