I dont mind working for him..as i myself am quite a workaholic and can take on any number of challenges. Salary woes : It is but obvious the first hander will take away 80% of the profit. and the rest 20% will be shared byrest 80% of the folks. That what gives me the High :D Also I dont think my employer's work related erratic demands have any affect on my personal belief and my opinion about myself.Work is work...I think the employer should get to define what is his opinion is the definition of work that you do for him.
