		<description>Cerner hero aka Neal  is of Objectivism/Ayn rand types.He is definitely non HR friendly types.
I dont mind working for him..as i myself am quite a workaholic and can take on any number of challenges. Salary woes :  It is but obvious the first hander will take away 80% of the profit. and the rest 20% will be shared byrest  80% of the folks.
 
Hey give the man his right to live life his way...You always have other alternatives,
Hey Neal are you listening.. I would  like to take  a shot at working for you. That what  gives me the High  :D

Also I dont think  my employer&#039;s work related erratic  demands have any affect on my personal belief and my opinion about myself.Work is work...I think the employer should get to define what is his opinion is the definition of work  that you do for him.

But I do get it Cerner is not for the faint hearted so beware.</description>
