Isn't it a shortcoming of Cerner management that so many current employees don't have the skills to fill these open positions? Not that there was much time to apply... Sounds like a lot of S-P-I-N to me. Can't they just be honest and say that because their revenue hasn't grown as anticipated that they need to cut costs? Regarding Cerner Layoffs:
